CCC Annual Copyright Licenses extend the value of your content and help publishers fulfill the needs of organizations that require an efficient way to obtain rights to lawfully reuse content.
We partner with publishers to offer collective licensing solutions for businesses, K-12 and higher education institutions, assessment providers, and EdTechs. We also believe that licensing accelerates Responsible AI and are expanding our licensing options to appropriately compensate publishers for the use of content within AI systems.
Annual Copyright License (ACL)
Offers consistent, enterprise-wide reuse rights to businesses, including for the internal use of content in AI systems.
AI Systems Training License
Provides organizations the rights to lawfully use content for training AI systems for uses external to their organization.
ACL for Higher Education
Enables reuse of excerpts/articles from content in coursepacks, e-reserves, learning management system postings, internal AI systems, scholarly collaboration, and more.
ACL for Student Assessments
Grants K-12 test developers permission to reuse excerpts/articles from content in formative and summative assessments, item banks, and pre-and post-test materials.
