Copyright Clearance Center (CCC) is pleased to announce it won an award for “Best New Employee Onboarding” in the annual Stevie Awards for Great Employers, which recognize the world’s best employers and the human resources professionals who help to create and drive great places to work.
Over the past several years, CCC has enhanced its employee onboarding experience, creating a scalable, replicable and engaging experience from talent acquisition throughout an employee’s tenure. As a result, we continue to see a low turnover rate and high satisfaction scoring from employees after onboarding.

The Onboarding Program is part of CCC’s strategic initiative to support employees working around the globe throughout their experience with the company. This important initiative includes an annual Demo Days program, a Summer Sessions skill-building curriculum, and access to a comprehensive learning portal with more than 100 courses, videos and learning materials.
