Copyright Clearance Center (CCC) is pleased to announce it won an award for “Best New Employee Onboarding in the annual Stevie Awards for Great Employers, which recognize the world’s best employers and the human resources professionals who help to create and drive great places to work.

Over the past several years, CCC has enhanced its employee onboarding experience, creating a scalable, replicable and engaging experience from talent acquisition throughout an employee’s tenure. “Our team spends a considerable amount of time attracting the very best talent,” said Michele Nivens, Vice President, Human Resources, CCC. “Once a new hire joins, this effort continues. As the team’s dedication and commitment to an effective and engaging onboarding experience not only helps our new colleagues onboard faster, but it improves the work experience for all CCC employees.”

The Onboarding Program is part of CCC’s strategic initiative to support employees working around the globe throughout their experience with the company.
