RIGHTSLINK SUPPORT & MANAGING ACCESS TO THE INSTITUTIONAL PORTAL
The Agreement Management Module’s Institutional Portal is designed to support your work with RightsLink publishers, enabling you to review and approve APC funding requests, view and edit special billing profiles that reflect the terms of your agreements, communicate policy or next steps to your researchers, and run transaction reports.
To access the Institutional Portal, visit https://apcfunding.copyright.com and log in with the credentials you received from CCC. If you encounter difficulty or to request training, email RLAsetup@copyright.com for assistance.
To request setup for an additional user on your account, please complete the form below. Once the account is ready, your colleague will receive an email from a member of our staff to advise them that their account is ready and they can access the Institutional Portal. Your colleague will also receive an automatic welcome email from the RightsLink system, but their account will not have Institutional Portal access until the email from our staff is delivered.
