CCC Named a Top Place to Work by the Boston Globe

CCC has been named one of the Top Places to Work in Massachusetts for the fourth year in a row in The Boston Globe’s 16th annual employee-based survey project.

175 companies made the Globe’s annual Top Places to Work list this year. In all, the employee engagement company Energage invited more than 8,000 organizations with employees in Massachusetts to participate. Nearly 68,000 workers at 323 companies rated their employers on leadership, values, training, benefits, and other metrics. The rankings are broken down into four size categories: small (50-99 employees), medium (100-249), large (250-999), and largest (1,000 or more). The data for these rankings are based on company profiles when the surveys were conducted earlier this year.  CCC was ranked #17 in the Top Large Employers category.

“CCC is pleased to have been named a Top Place to Work in Massachusetts, and we’re equally honored to have earned such high accolades from our employees who are committed to the mission of making copyright work,” said Tracey Armstrong, President and CEO of CCC. “As we grow as an organization, we continue to learn and innovate together, striving to maintain an inclusive environment where we emphasize the importance of community and the difference that we can make in the world together.”
