CCC has earned 2025 Top Workplaces Culture Excellence Awards from Energage LLC for Leadership, Work-Life Flexibility, Innovation, and Purpose & Values for the third consecutive year.

The Top Workplaces Culture Excellence Awards recognize organizations prioritizing their employees workplace experience, while making them feel truly valued for their contributions. These awards are based on employee feedback captured by the research-backed Energage Workplace Survey, which benchmarks participating companies against the most comprehensive data in the industry.
