CCC Earns Five More Culture Excellence Awards


For the second year in a row, CCC has won five Top Workplaces Culture Excellence Awards in the categories of Compensation & Benefits; Leadership; Work-Life Flexibility; Innovation; and Purpose & Values.

The Compensation & Benefits award celebrates organizations that provide packages its employees believe are fair for the work being done. The Leadership award commends leaders who inspire confidence in employees and listen to what matters most, using that insight in decision making. The Work-Life Flexibility award acknowledges firms that have built a culture that enables employees to meet the demand of their personal lives while maintaining high performance. The Innovation award recognizes companies that have created a culture where new ideas are encouraged, helping employees reach their full potential. The Purpose & Values award commemorates businesses that have successfully communicated the company mission and integrated those aspirations in the culture.
