RightFind Suite: Operating System and Browser Support

CCC provides graded browser support in an effort to support the many platforms and browsers in the market. However, not all browsers are fully supported (for example, ICE dragon and Opera are not supported) and CCC’s web applications are not tested with browsers on the major Linux distributions (e.g. Fedora, Ubuntu, Mint) and such use may result in limited functionality; thus, Linux as a platform is not supported.

There are three grades of support: “Green”, “Yellow”, and “Red”.

  • Green means full support, i.e. full regression testing and all bugs identified will be fixed.
  • Yellow means that partial testing is conducted and we will address any issues that may be found by the Customer.
  • Red means that, even though the applications may work as intended in many cases, CCC offers no support for the given combination of platform and browser.

CCC, at its sole discretion, may provide support for other OS/browser combinations in order to further expand  the coverage that we offer and accommodate market patterns of browser adoption and standards evolution.  As market patterns of browser adoption and standards evolve, and as certain OS/browsers reach end-of-life, CCC aims to communicate to affected clients the resulting changes in its OS/browser support matrix. CCC targets to provide 3 months advance notice when an OS/browser is to be listed as Red/unsupported in the matrix.
