For the second year in a row, CCC has earned a Top Workplaces USA national award.

This program recognizes companies with 150 or more employees across the country that have built great workplace cultures. Over 42,000 organizations were invited to participate in the Top Workplaces USA survey. Winners were chosen based solely on employee feedback gathered through an engagement survey. Results were calculated by comparing the survey’s research-based statements, including 15 culture drivers that predict high performance against industry benchmarks.

CCC was recently named one of the Top Places to Work in Massachusetts by the Boston Globe and was also included in its Top 100 Women-Led Businesses in Massachusetts list. In 2022, CCC earned several Top Workplaces Culture Excellence Awards for Employee Appreciation, Employee Well-Being, Professional Development, Compensation & Benefits, Leadership, Work-Life Flexibility, and being Women-Led.

“Being named a top workplace in the United States for the second year in a row is quite an honor, and I’m grateful to my colleagues for all of their contributions to our culture,” said Tracey Armstrong, President and CEO, CCC. “Being recognized with this award shows that investing in our team continues to foster a healthy and positive employee experience.”
