CCC was named a Bronze Stevie® Award winner for Customer Service Department of the Year in the 21st annual American Business Awards®.
The American Business Awards are the premier business awards program in the U.S. Nicknamed the “Stevies” for the Greek word meaning “crowned,” the competition receives over 12,000 entries each year from organizations in 70 countries. Honoring companies of all types and sizes and the people behind them, the Stevies recognize outstanding performances in the workplace worldwide. More than 240 professionals globally participated in the judging process to select this year’s Stevie Award winners.

Over the past few years, CCC has won several Stevie Awards for Sales & Customer Service. In addition, CCC was honored as a Gold Winner in the Customer Service Department of the Year category in the Best in Biz Awards International in 2022. Tom Ogier, CCC’s Director of Client Engagement and Solutions, was named a silver winner for Customer Service Executive of the Year in the 2020 Best in Biz Awards.
