“It Starts with One” is the theme of this year’s BIO International Convention in Philadelphia –  an event the Copyright Clearance Center team is excited to attend.

Behind the theme is the idea that “innovative and globally important advances in biotech begin with one meeting, one theory, one trial, one breakthrough. You make it happen.”

About the Event

Beginning June 3, 2019, the event will draw over 16,000+ biotechnology and pharma leaders from more than 7,000 international companies.

The program features two keynote speakers: Jamie Dimon, Chairman & CEO of JP Morgan Chase, and Siddhartha Mukherjee, author of The Emperor of All Maladies: A Biography of Cancer, winner of the 2011 Pulitzer Prize in general nonfiction.

In addition, the show’s education program will feature 18 different session tracks, including two new tracks this year: patient advocacy and highly prevalent chronic diseases.

Meet the CCC Team at Booth #1004

The CCC team will be exhibiting throughout the conference, and we’re excited to share the ways emerging biotech organizations use RightFind to accelerate the research process and gain copyright-compliant access to scientific insights more quickly.

CCC’s Lisa Benz will host a talk around the challenges that derail researchers at emerging life sciences organizations – and the steps you can take to fix them.
