“I am so pleased that Roy will be moving from our Board of Directors into a more active daily role in shaping the future of CCC,” said Armstrong. “His experiences as an author who has worked in publishing give him a perspective on the opportunities and challenges facing our industry. ”

“Having been involved with CCC’s business for many years, I am confident that we have the knowledge, resources and experience to continue providing solutions that meet today’s evolving copyright environment and challenges,” said Kaufman. “As the digital migration of content continues to gain speed, I look forward to playing an active role in helping the company expand its capabilities for our stakeholders.”
