Copyright Clearance Center Coordinates Settlement Agreement With Major Ohio Law Firm
DANVERS, Mass., December 6, 2004—Copyright Clearance Center, Inc. and Squire Sanders & Dempsey L.L.P., an international law firm with more than 500 attorneys in the United States, announced today a new licensing relationship and a resolution of outstanding claims. The licensing relationship will facilitate the internal distribution of key materials for Squire Sanders. Copyright Clearance Center negotiated this resolution on behalf of major publishers of business, law and professional materials, as well as other participating publishers.
